BOSTON, MA — Shepley Bulfinch Richardson & Abbott is pleased to announce a call for entries for our 2008 Summer Design Fellowship. The deadline for applications is March 14, 2008.
Now in its eleventh year, this highly competitive Fellowship is a unique opportunity for a promising student of architecture to spend the summer immersed in real design problems in the design studio of an international architectural firm in Boston. Past Fellows have come from architecture schools throughout the country, and many of the Fellows who graduated in the year in which they were awarded the Fellowship continued as full-time employees of the firm.
The Fellowship has a $7000 stipend, with a $3000 honorarium on its successful completion. It is open to all students who are, at date of submission, enrolled in an accredited professional degree program in the field of architecture. Applicants must be a US citizen or have a valid work permit.
