Greg Heiges, project manager, and Mike Gailey, project team manager, present a case study on the construction of the highly sustainable Yale-New Haven Hospital’s Smilow Cancer Hospital and its pursuit of LEED Silver certification.
The project, which was dedicated in November 2009, received a Green Business Award from the Connecticut Business Journal earlier this year. The Connecticut Green Building Council hosted a tour of the new facility late in 2009.
