Navajo County’s new South County community center and administrative campus in Show Low, Arizona, was dedicated in a September 28 ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by local and county officials and community leaders.

Speaking at the event, County Supervisor David Tenney said, “We believe that it should be as easy as possible for our residents to access County services. By consolidating County services into one convenient location, we hope we’ve accomplished that.”

BEVERLY, MA – In announcing the opening of the Center for Visual and Performing Arts at Endicott College this week, President Richard Wylie called the Center “a hallmark building on campus” that offers “an environment that is both challenging and supportive.”

The 62,000 s.f. Center will be dedicated in June when Endicott marks its 70th anniversary. It houses a range of arts studies and performance spaces, including a 250-seat recital hall; 100-seat black box theatre; music practice and rehearsal rooms; a gallery for visiting art exhibits; a gallery for student works; studios for painting, photography, printmaking, ceramics, and wood shop; and computer labs.

Detroit celebrated its new home for pediatric specialty care today with blowing bubbles, a youth chorus, and a marching band at the Grand Opening of Children’s Hospital of Michigan Specialty Center on the campus of the Detroit Medical Center (DMC).

The $43 million specialty center represents the first completed structure following Vanguard Health Systems’ acquisition of DMC and marks the first major expansion for the campus in nearly 30 years.
