Shepley Bulfinch has moved up ten places to rank 39th among the nation’s leading interior design firms, according to Interior Design magazine in its “100 Giants” annual survey, published this month. The survey is based on 2009 interior design fees for major interior design firms from around the US.

NEW YORK, NY – The stellar year for merzproject, a studio of Shepley Bulfinch, continued on December 3, when it was named one of the winners of Interior Design Magazine’s Best of 2009 in a celebration at the Guggenheim Museum in New York.

NEW YORK, NY – For the second consecutive year, Interior Design Magazine has ranked Shepley Bulfinch 10th nationwide in the magazine’s feature of the country’s Top 40 Healthcare Design Giants. The rankings and accompanying articles appear in the November 2009 issue of Interior Design. The ranking is based on 2008 interior design fees for healthcare projects.

Shepley Bulfinch’s major healthcare projects in 2008 included Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale-New Haven Hospital; Mass General/North Shore Center for Outpatient Care (Danvers, Massachusetts); and Sherman Hospital (Elgin, Illinois).

NEW YORK, NY – Interior Design Magazine has again ranked Shepley Bulfinch 49th among its 100 Interior Design Giants in its annual Design Giants feature. The article appears in the January 2009 issue of the magazine.
